Q: How do payments work?
All payments are made securely through Scritches. Full payment is due by 11:59 PM EST the night before services begin. If not, Scritches will automatically charge your card on file.
Q: What’s your cancellation and late payment policy?

Policies are in place to preserve a calm, uninterrupted experience for each pet in care.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
More than 10 days prior to service
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing more than 10 days prior to your scheduled service. With appropriate notice, your booking retainer will be held as a service credit.
The new service date may be selected at any time following the request; however, the rescheduled booking must occur within one year of the original booking date, based on availability.
Cancellation of a booking will result in the retainer being retained.
Within 10 days of service
The booking retainer is retained and is not eligible for transfer or service credit.
Day before or during service
The full remaining balance is due, as your pet’s time has been fully reserved.
Missed Service
If service cannot be completed due to denied or incorrect access, or if pets are not present as scheduled, the booking will be considered a Missed Service.
Missed Services are billed at the full balance.
Service Credit Policy
When applicable, retained amounts are issued as a service credit on your account and must be used within one year of the original booking date, based on availability. Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Payments
Balances are expected on time to maintain active client status. A 10% late fee may be applied per day to outstanding balances. Accounts exceeding 30 days may be subject to collections, and clients are responsible for any associated recovery fees.

Major Holidays
A $10 holiday daily premium may apply.
Priority Bookings (within 3 days)
A $10 expedited booking fee may apply.
Q: What is Scritches?
Scritches is your client portal used to manage bookings, make payments, complete intake forms, and view your pet’s report cards. Think of it as your staycation command center.
You will also have the option to share special details like your pet’s birthday or adoption day so we can celebrate them with a little extra attention and the occasional thoughtful shoutout.
Q: Do you offer drop-ins only?
Yes! Refer to our rates above for pricing.
Q: What does home care include during my pet’s staycation?
Light home care is always part of the Peach Paw experience. We’re happy to bring in mail, take out trash, and water a few household plants so your home remains comfortable and cared for while you’re away.
We always clean up after ourselves. If you have specific preferences regarding used sheets or towels during overnight stays, please let us know in advance.
Please note: Peach Paw Collective does not offer deep cleaning or housekeeping services. This includes dishwashing, laundry, sweeping, or general home cleaning.
Q: Do you require a retainer?

Yes, a booking retainer is required to secure your pet’s placement and is applied toward your final balance.
For The Daily Staycations, including dog walking and in-home cat visits, a 50% booking retainer is required at the time of booking.
For The Peach Staycation Collection, a $75 booking retainer is required.
For extended bookings of 10 days or more, a 50% booking retainer is required.
As a private, one-client-at-a-time service, all appointments are reserved exclusively. Retainers are non-refundable; however, with appropriate notice, the amount will remain on your account as a service credit.
Service credits are valid through the end of the calendar year in which they are issued.
Q: What is The Peach Rituals™?
The Peach Rituals are our signature care touches included with every staycation service. They are tailored to your pet's personality, comfort level, and the nature of their stay.
Every service includes our standard rituals — a paw wipe-down, paw yeast prevention spray, and peach-scented cologne. Catnip bubble soirée is available for feline passengers. The Peach Residence includes the full ritual experience, adding nose and paw balm, a leave-in conditioner brush-out, and a calming night massage.
All rituals are offered with care and never forced. Rituals adapt. Rates never do. Please include any allergies or scent sensitivities in your pet's Scritches profile before booking.
Q: How do we communicate?
Seamless, attentive communication! You can text or call me at 678-962-7353. For emergencies only, my personal number is available. As backup, you can email info@peachpawcollective.com.
Q: What if I come home early or leave late?
Early arrival? Full fee still applies. Late departure? Additional fees apply depending on the service.
Q: Will I get daily updates?
Absolutely. Think of it as your pet’s daily itinerary.
For The Daily Staycations, updates are delivered as detailed report cards with photos through Scritches following each visit.
For The Peach Staycation Collection, updates are shared more personally via text throughout the day, offering a closer, real-time look into your pet’s routine and time in care.
Q: What areas do you serve?
Peach Paw Collective provides services throughout Old Fourth Ward, Grant Park, Reynoldstown, Virginia Highland, Midtown, Buckhead, Brookhaven, and Westside.
While most offerings are available across all locations, The Peach Layover and The Peach Catelier are not currently offered in Buckhead, Brookhaven, or Westside.
Q: How far in advance can I book?
Currently, you can book up to 3 months in advance. Planning ahead ensures we get to curate the ultimate staycation together!
Holiday Rates
Holiday bookings include a per-holiday upcharge. Each observed holiday date is billed separately.
Ex. The Christmas holiday period (December 24–December 31) is subject to holiday pricing.
