Q: How do payments work?
All payments are made securely through Scritches. Full payment is due by 11:59 PM EST the night before services begin. If not, Scritches will automatically charge your card on file.
Q: What’s your cancellation and late payment policy?
*UPDATED AS OF 2/28/26
• Reservation Retainer: A $50 reservation retainer is required per booking to secure calendar placement. The retainer is applied toward the final balance and is non-refundable.
• Cancellation (More Than 10 Days Before Booking): Reservation retainer may be transferred one time to a new date within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
• Cancellation (10 Days or Less Before Booking): $50 reservation retainer is forfeited.
• Cancellation (Day Before or During Service): Full remaining balance is due.
• Late Payments: 10% late fee per day. 30+ days unpaid may result in collections, and client is responsible for all associated recovery fees.
• Major Holidays: $10 holiday premium.
• Last-Minute Booking (Within 3 Days): $10 expedited booking fee.
Q: What is Scritches?
It’s the client portal you’ll use to manage your bookings, make payments, complete intake forms, and check report cards. It’s your staycation command center!
Q: Do you offer drop-ins only?
Yes! Refer to our rates above for pricing.
Q: What does home care include during my pet’s staycation?
Light home care is always part of the Peach Paw experience. We’re happy to bring in mail, take out trash, and water a few household plants so your home remains comfortable and cared for while you’re away.
We always clean up after ourselves. If you have specific preferences regarding used sheets or towels during overnight stays, please let us know in advance.
Please note: Peach Paw Collective does not offer deep cleaning or housekeeping services. This includes dishwashing, laundry, sweeping, or general home cleaning.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $50 deposit via Scritches secures your requested dates and goes towards final payment. I’m a one-woman show and only book one client at a time to ensure personalized care.
Q: What is The Peach Touch™?
A tiered, complimentary care experience designed to build upon each staycation.

Q: How do we communicate?
Open, clear, smooth-as-peanut-butter communication is key! You can text or call me at 678-962-7353. For emergencies only, my personal number is available. As backup, you can email info@peachpawcollective.com.
Q: What if I come home early or leave late?
Early arrival? Full fee still applies. Late departure? Additional fees apply depending on the service.
Q: Will I get daily updates?
Absolutely. Think of it as your pet’s daily itinerary. Expect photos and report cards. All thanks to Scritches, our booking software.
Q: What areas do you serve?
Old Fourth Ward, Grant Park, Reynoldstown, Virginia Highland, Southeast Midtown, Buckhead, and Brookhaven.
Q: How far in advance can I book?
Currently, you can book up to 3 months in advance. Planning ahead ensures we get to curate the ultimate staycation together!
Holiday Rates
Holiday bookings include a per-holiday upcharge. Each observed holiday date is billed separately.
Ex. The Christmas holiday period (December 24–December 31) is subject to holiday pricing.
