The Peach Day Retreat

$75/Day

Includes one pet.

$10 for additional dogs, $5 for additional cats.

$30 / 30 min additional drop-in

The Peach Suite

$95/Day

Includes one pet.

$10 for additional dogs, $5 for additional cats.

Discounted optional add-on pre/post drop-ins are available for $20.

The Peach Residence

$135/Day

Includes two pets and two additional cats/critters.

$20/additional pets.

Late Stay (After 10:30 AM): Half Rate

Q: How do payments work?

All payments are made securely through Time To Pet. Full payment is due by 11:59 PM EST the night before services begin. If not, TTP (Time to Pet) will automatically charge your card on file.

Q: What’s your cancellation and late payment policy?

  • Cancel 10 days or less before booking? $50 deposit forfeit 

  • Cancel the day before or during service? Full balance is due

  • Late payments? 10% late fee per day. 30+ days = collections + client covers fees

  • Major Holidays? $15 upcharge

  • Last-minute booking (within 3 days)? $10 fee

Q: What’s Time To Pet?

It’s the client portal you’ll use to manage your bookings, make payments, complete intake forms, and chat with me directly. It’s your staycation command center!

Q: Do you offer drop-ins only?

Not at this time. Drop-ins are only available as add-ons to my current services. We do what we do best, full-on, paws-up pampering.

Q: What does home care include during my pet’s staycation?

Light home care is always part of the Peach Paw experience! We’re happy to bring in your mail, take out the trash, and water a few household plants so everything stays just as lovely as your pet while you're away.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a $50 deposit via Time To Pet secures your requested dates and goes towards final payment. I’m a one-woman show and only book one client at a time to ensure personalized care.

Q: How do we communicate?

Open, clear, smooth-as-peanut-butter communication is key! Use the Time To Pet app for all regular messages and updates. For emergencies only, my personal number is available. As backup, you can email info@peachpawcollective.com.

Q: What if I come home early or leave late?

Early arrival? Full fee still applies. Late departure? Additional fees apply depending on the service.

Q: Will I get daily updates?

Absolutely. Think of it as your pet’s daily itinerary. Expect photos, videos, and a whole lot of extra.

Q: What areas do you serve?

East Atlanta Village, Old Fourth Ward, Morningside, Reynoldstown, Virginia Highland, Midtown, West Midtown, and North Buckhead, Upper Westside. 

Q: How far in advance can I book?

Booking is open now through July 31, 2025. Starting August 1, booking will roll out on a 2.5-month basis. Currently, you can book up to 3 months in advance, planning ahead ensures we get to curate the ultimate summer staycation together! Holiday bookings open in early September.
