Our 4-Step Onboarding Process

Step 1 – Request Your Virtual Meet and Greet

New clients begin by visiting our booking page and selecting the 15 minute virtual meet and greet under Services. This allows us to learn more about you and your pet’s needs, routines, and care expectations. After booking, you will receive a Google Meet link via email.

Step 2 – Welcome Email and Account Setup

After your meet and greet is requested, we will send a welcome email inviting you to set up your client account. This is where you will complete all required intake forms and agreement forms.

If you choose to request a service booking at the same time as your virtual meet and greet, the system will automatically prompt you to create an account. Please note that even if a service booking is requested, the 15 minute virtual meet and greet and all required forms must be completed before any booking request is approved.

Step 3 – Booking Review and Deposit Invoice

Once the virtual meet and greet is completed and all required forms are submitted, we will review your booking request. If approved, we will create and send an invoice that includes the required deposit to secure your reservation.

Step 4 – Your Staycation Begins

Once the deposit is received and your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or text. Your Pet Staycation Curator will provide attentive, personalized care and regular updates, ensuring your pet enjoys comfort, enrichment, and peace of mind in their own home.
